Inspired by the late Bruce Lee’s Tao of Jeet Kune Do, Thomas has developed a program that has allowed him to present his findings on aging and fitness on three separate occasions long enough to establish Guinness World Records. New Jump Swing Healthy Aging and Athletic Nutrition Program is the revised and updated version of two of his world record speeches. Those speeches were titled “The history of herbs in maintaining physical fitness “and “Vegetarian Athletic Nutrition”. This latest version also includes his record setting jump rope cross training, diet and fitness program.

My name is Donald “Spiderman” Thomas. I am a three-time Guinness World Records holder in public speaking. Among my records are two after-dinner speeches. With the advent of carbohydrate-loading parties prior to marathon-running events during the 1980s, my use of the after-dinner speech category within the Guinness World Records was a natural tie-in for my program of sports nutrition and conditioning.
